New Upgraded Sliding Pulley (large white). Approximately 3 inch in diameter white pulley with 2 bearings which allow for smooth and easy sliding side-to-side on trolley bar at front of Paddling Adapter, just behind the Rower flywheel and below the Rower monitor.
